• Do not use BoostX in any way that may exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm any individual under 18 years old, for example, by exposing them to inappropriate content.
• Do not upload, post, display, or publish content on BoostX that shows, includes, or refers to any individual under 18 years old (or which refers to individuals under 18 years old generally).

4. Prohibited Content

Do not upload, post, display, or publish content on BoostX that:

• Shows, promotes, advertises, or refers to any individual under 18 years old (or refers to individuals under 18 years old generally).
• Promotes firearms, weapons, or any goods whose sale, possession, or use is subject to prohibitions or restrictions.
• References drugs or drug paraphernalia.
• Depicts or glorifies self-harm or suicide.
• Contains incest, bestiality, or any other forms of sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Includes violence, rape, lack of consent, hypnosis, intoxication, sexual assault, torture, sadomasochistic abuse or hardcore bondage, extreme fisting, or genital mutilation.
• Depicts necrophilia, urine, scatological, or excrement-related material.
• Advertises or promotes escort services, sex trafficking, or prostitution.
• Includes hate speech or "revenge porn."
• Contains personal data without express written consent.
• Any other prohibited content as detailed in this Policy.

5. Public and Private Spaces

• Do not upload, post, display, or publish content on BoostX that features public nudity or sexual activities recorded in public places unless permitted by law and not visible to the public.

6. Misrepresentation and Deception

• Do not use BoostX to mislead or deceive any other user.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not impersonate BoostX, our employees, another user, or any other person or company.

7. Spam and Authenticity

• Do not post or cause to be posted any content that is spam, inauthentic, repetitive, misleading, or of low quality.
• Do not transmit, stream, or send pre-recorded material during a live stream.

8. Security and Integrity

• Do not knowingly introduce any malicious or technologically harmful material into content.
• Do not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code of BoostX.
• Do not use automated programs to access BoostX or extract content or information from BoostX.

9. Intellectual Property

• Do not use BoostX's name, logo, or any related or similar names, logos, product and service names, designs, or slogans without our prior written agreement.

10. Consequences

Breaches of this Policy may lead to your account being suspended or terminated, and access to your earnings being revoked, as set out in the Terms of Service.
